HUCHi Store Policy

Welcome to HUCHi!

Please take a moment to review our store policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges within 7 days of purchase.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn

    • Unwashed

    • In original condition

    • With tags still attached

  • No cash refunds.

  • Exchanges are limited to products of equal value or higher (customer pays the difference).

  • Health and hygiene items such as beanies and certain headwear may not be eligible for exchange once worn.

2. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item is faulty or damaged, please report it within 48 hours of purchase or pickup.

  • We will assess and offer an exchange for the same item or a product of similar value.

  • Damage caused by improper handling or wear and tear will not qualify.

3. Online Orders & Store Pickup

  • Pickup available at our Cape Town store:

    • Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

    • Sat–Sun: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

  • Orders must be collected within 7 days of receiving the pickup confirmation.

  • Uncollected orders may be returned to stock.

4. Payments

HUCHi accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash

  • Debit/credit cards

  • EFT (Proof of payment required before collection)

  • Mobile payments where available

 

5. Product Availability

  • Stock is subject to availability.

  • Certain items may have limited quantities or seasonal availability.

  • We do not hold items unless paid for in full.

6. Custom Orders & Pre-orders

  • Some items may require full payment upfront.

  • Production or delivery timelines will be communicated clearly.

  • 7. In-Store Conduct

  • Please handle products with care.

  • Our staff reserves the right to deny service in cases of inappropriate behavior or policy violations.

  • Shoplifting will result in immediate action.

8. Privacy & Customer Information

  • Customer details collected during purchases or orders are kept confidential.

  • We do not share personal information with third parties.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES

HUCHi offers wholesale purchasing to approved retailers, boutiques, and resellers across South Africa. We require a minimum order of R2,500 for first-time wholesale clients, with reorders starting from R1,500. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch, and processing typically takes 3–7 business days depending on stock availability. Shipping is available nationwide via courier, or orders can be collected from our Cape Town store. Wholesale orders are final sale, with exchanges only accepted for defective items reported within 72 hours. Approved partners receive access to our wholesale price list, recommended retail pricing, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent presentation of HUCHi products.
